Introduction
Opuntia chlorotica is often considered a stand alone species. However, because the plants integrade into O. santa-rita and O. gosseliniana in the wild, Opuntia Web considers it to be one variety of three:
- O. chlorotica chlorotica
- O. chlorotica santa-rita
- O. chlorotica gosseliniana
